East San Gabriel Valley ROP & Technical Center (ESGVROP/TC) has been providing secure Live Scan fingerprint processing to the community for the past 20 years. Previously located at the West Covina Police Department, now at a new location: 1501 Del Norte Street, West Covina, CA 91790.

East San Gabriel Valley ROP/TC is a public education agency that provides accredited Career Technical training programs to secondary and post-secondary students.
